Email messages will not serve as a sufficient method for any requirement imposed on you to provide written notification, nor may any email message be used to place a stop payment on a check, request account transfers, or report lost or stolen bank cards or checks.
Nonpublic personal and account information such as ACCOUNT NUMBERS, PASSWORDS, PINS, and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS should not be sent by email.

To report lost or stolen debit cards after hours, please contact Card Services at 1-800-472-3272.
